Weds 14th Feb - Match Lake
10 anglers braved the weather today which was as good as it gets. Strong sunshine and hardly a breath of wind.

The Bermuda Bank was the place to draw today with Maestro Mark Goodall aka Biker and the muppet from Cefneithen doing just that. Intensity was great between them all through the match, which in most cases lasted 6 hours. The exception was 'the old man' who chose to leave an hour early because his wife is seriously ill. Heres hoping that Mrs Rimmer will get over her illness in the quickest possible time.

Yours truly finished in 10th spot for those that are interested, and for those that aren't I still finised 10th.

Congratulations must go to the first two, both of them breaking the 100lb mark. It is becoming a habit for Mark and he'd better enjoy it while he can cos' tomorrow is another day.

1st Mark Goodall 118lb 4oz Peg 6
2nd Michael Williams 103lb 12oz Peg 10
3rd Rob Jones 46lb 8oz Peg 25
4th Colin Bates 39lb 6oz Peg 8
5th Eric Rimmer 33lb 8oz Peg 27
6th Richard Payne 23lb 4oz Peg 26

All in all a super days fishing was had by all and once again over 430lb of fish were caught. THATS FISHING
